Garden Valley Family Medicine was established in 2002 in Garden Valley, ID. The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Michael Koenig. In 2005 Garden Valley Family Medicine expanded their services to Horseshoe Bend.  A new clinic was opened in  Avimor in 2022.

​Garden Valley Family Medicine treats patients of all ages, providing the full breadth of care from, chronic medical conditions, to wellness exams, to acute medical issues.

We are proud to offer same day or next day appointments.
Additionally, ​there is always a provider available by phone for any after hours emergencies.

​We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurances. No insurance? We offer a discount when paid in full at the time of service.
 For patients that reside in the Garden Valley or Horseshoe Bend hospital taxing district, ask about our sliding scale discount.
